Cultural exchange is a bridge that connects hearts and transcends borders. A "Wushu for Friends" cultural exchange activity was held to build a platform for international communication, deepen mutual understanding between foreign teachers and local students, and let foreign educators experience the unique charm of Chinese culture through the window of Wushu.

As an important part of the activity, foreign teachers were not only invited to watch a wonderful Wushu performance but also got the chance to learn Wushu on site. The performers, with neat movements and heroic spirit, showed the profound heritage of Wushu, a traditional Chinese martial art, making every foreign teacher present deeply shocked. From the basic stance of Tai Chi to the powerful moves of Shaolin Boxing, the coaches patiently demonstrated and guided, and the foreign teachers actively participated, following the coaches to practice every movement carefully.
